Our five-year system warranty is a testament to the quality of our products and our service promise to you.

The statutory warranty is 24 months – but when it comes to creating a feeling of well-being, we don’t think that’s enough. With our five-year system warranty, we provide 60 months of security for Kermi heating and ventilation systems, free of charge. Because trust and security are also an important part of feeling good.

1. Have the Kermi system installed by a specialist company

2. Have Kermi Customer Service commission the system

  • In the case of ventilation systems, a specialist company
  • In the case of heat pumps, a specialist heat pump partner certified by Kermi

3. Have Kermi Customer Service perform regular inspections of the system

  • In the case of ventilation, a specialist partner
  • In the case of heat pumps, an authorised specialist company

Components

Kermi heating system

System definition:

heat pump and controller, charging group, and storage. If extended to include Kermi heat pump components such as a heating circuit or heating rod, the five-year system warranty still applies.

Kermi residential ventilation system

System definition:

external and outgoing air duct, residential ventilation unit, supply and extract air ducts, and connection system. If it is extended to include additional accessories (such as an electric preheating coil or an air/geothermal exchanger), these products need to come from the Kermi product portfolio.
